I’ve been thinking about my work lately – and over the last few months, I've had multiple people ask me what it is I actually do. I'm still figuring out how to correctly package and categorize my work. At its core it's always "contemporary art" but I’ve never been married to the idea of just sticking with one medium or one way of displaying things. Ideas are to be treated individually and respectfully.

I love art. I love abstract and somewhat literal versions of art. I love objects that are designed with intentionality. I'm passionate about graphic design and tasteful layouts. But all of these things stem from my affinity for one thing - ideas.

Recently I've been sifting through old ideas and trying to pull elements from concepts that never saw the light of day to use in new work. My artistic expression and output have changed a lot within the last few years. However, one thing stuck out to me while looking through old notebooks and files full of incomplete ideas.

I don't care anymore.

And rather than letting these ideas be buried in a layer of dust that they will inevitably collect from not being paid attention to - I’ve decided to “give them away” to anyone who wants to have them. I've scanned almost every page from the small notebook that I used to carry around with me and write my ideas into. These concepts are no longer mine to tend to and see to completion.
